• Conducts risk analyses and takes necessary precautions to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
• If high-level risks are encountered during work, stops work until the necessary precautions are taken.
• Ensures the participation of all employees to ensure that HSE responsibility and awareness are understood and shared at all levels.
• Increases HSE awareness through training and meetings.
• Raises employee awareness of the importance and use of personal protective equipment.
• The policy is communicated to all personnel working under the company’s control so that they are aware of their personal HSE responsibilities.
• Maintains statistical data and strives for continuous improvement of the system.
• Adapts new developments and practices in the HSE field to the system,
• Minimizes the consumption of natural resources,
• Takes necessary precautions to minimize waste.
